缩短时效、保障利润，Shopee 推出分流式全新物流路由模式

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left"> Sea 集团旗下 Shopee 正对东南亚与中国台湾地区物流网络开展全面改革，改革目标在于压缩整体运输时长，同时稳固核心市场的配送业务利润水平。平台采用自有快递团队、第三方物流中心以及外部配送网络协同运作的混合模式处理跨区域订单，推行全新分流式物流路由方案，卖家既可以选择直接从自身仓库发货，也可把商品存放至平台托管物流中心，平台建议将动销快的货品部署在人口密集城市周边，以此缩短运输距离提升履约效率。系统将依据承运商运力、报价、收货目的地自动分配包裹，交由内部车队或者外部快递公司完成末端派送。面对双十一、双十二等大促流量高峰，Shopee 依靠严格管控截单时间、和物流伙伴同步仓库拣货计划保障系统平稳运行。本次物流体系重构将直接影响卖家备货与发货策略，出海商家需要及时跟进平台规则变化，合理规划库存布局，适配全新路由模式，从而获取更快配送时效，改善买家购物体验。</div>
