<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">亚马逊近一周对香港主体卖家发起两轮“主要营业地址”验证，8月29日周六触发的最新一波要求卖家在2026年10月14日前完成核验、否则欧盟与英国站点付款将被扣留，继续拖延至10月28日销售权限直接移除，此前8月中旬已有首批卖家收到“为增值税目的验证公司成立地”通知、截止日设为10月22日；触发根源是大量内地团队注册香港公司时图省事用了秘书地址、共享地址，而亚马逊审核逻辑只看“后台填的地址是否等于公司真实经营场所”，需法人或公司名下租约、厘印、水电煤网账单、电话宽带单等形成公司名—地址—时间三向一致的证据链，香港公司注册处年初已上门查地址水牌、亚马逊此时跟进相当于把“空壳香港主体”挤出合规线；目前卖家应对分三路——持有完整真实材料的秘书地址可硬提交但面临一址多公司关联风险、换独立地址（租约+税局厘印+收件拍照+电话宽带账单，45—60天窗口内仍来得及）是最稳路径、市面“免账单包过”多为P图借址搏概率且后续二审必露馅，大客户经理同步提醒注册地区须选“中国香港”而非“中国大陆/香港公司”、商业登记证作执照上传、大陆主体法人勿重复开香港店，否则前台新品期未过即撞封号红线。</div>
