亚马逊、Temu加速抢占瑞士消费者购物入口

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">瑞士消费者的线上购物搜索入口正在发生明显变化，根据2026年瑞士电子商务晴雨表，45%的线上购物从传统搜索引擎开始，重新成为消费者最主要的产品搜索入口；与此同时，Amazon和Temu的增长尤为突出，Amazon作为购物搜索起点的比例从去年的18%升至33%，Temu则从10%升至28%，而专业电商网站的比例却从39%大幅下降至22%。Digitec Galaxus目前仍以42%的比例位居第二，Zalando则达到40%，不过不同年龄群体的消费习惯差异明显，16至24岁消费者中有55%从Zalando开始产品搜索，同时年轻消费者使用TikTok和Instagram寻找商品的频率也更高。值得关注的是，人工智能正在成为新的购物搜索入口，2024年仅1%的消费者会通过AI聊天工具开始产品搜索，2025年升至4%，2026年已经达到9%。调查显示，瑞士消费者的购物决策正在从传统搜索引擎、专业电商网站向大型平台、社交媒体和AI工具进一步分散，电商企业如何提升自身在不同数字入口中的可见度，正成为争夺消费者的关键。</div>
