Shopee海外仓9月1日上线ASN自动取消，Pending满15天未打包即作废

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">Shopee宣布自2026年9月1日起对海外仓入库申请（ASN）新增系统自动取消机制，审批通过待办（Pending）状态第8天起系统提醒、第15天起仍未打包直接作废，已打包（Packed）未发货的自确认打包日第6天起提醒、超期未发货自动取消，已打包或已运（Shipped）状态全链路静止第61天起判异常单清理，卖家完成实物打包和头程发货后必须第一时间进中国卖家中心点【打包/发货】同步状态，按真实备货量建PO、ASN被取消后严禁沿用原箱唛强发（仓库按无主件拒收），需重开申请、打新ASN标签覆盖旧标再交承运商，已打包未发按新单重走、已发货被取消则速联系客户经理追货但不保入库，状态全程可在【卖家中心首页—虾皮提供的服务—入库管理—Shopee服务入库申请详情】盯Pending/Packed/Shipped三态；这次改动把海外仓头程从"批完ASN慢慢备"改成"批完即计时"，黑五前赶入仓的卖家得把采购、打包、头程揽收、系统点选四件事压进同一天闭环，否则一张过期ASN可能让整批货在目的国仓外空转。</div>
