亚马逊大规模封店潮来袭，大量中国卖家账号遭停用，合规经营成唯一防线

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">近期，大量中国亚马逊卖家遭遇账号停用通知，店铺销售权限被取消，Listing变灰，账户资金遭冻结。与以往主要针对刷单或侵权的专项打击不同，此次封店潮由亚马逊AI风控系统主导，开启全平台回溯核查，许多卖家在未收到任何绩效警告的情况下，直接收到停用通知。深圳一位运营三年多的家居类目合规卖家，因早年将自有商标授权给一家分销店铺，而该分销账号存在历史违规记录，风控系统顺着品牌授权链路将主店铺一并牵连封禁，导致两百多万货款冻结及FBA库存无法出库。广州一位仅运营半年的3C卖家，尽管所有绩效指标正常，却因注册地址与实际办公地址存在差异，被AI判定存在身份真实性风险，连续六次申诉均被系统自动驳回。欧洲站同样未能幸免，东莞一位卖家因正常参加Woot活动却被系统判定存在违规操纵排名嫌疑，导致美欧两站点同时关停，大量秋冬备货积压。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">在跨境论坛上，卖家普遍反映当前申诉困境：AI先封号再要求自证清白，而非先找到违规证据再处罚；申诉材料大多由AI自动审核，细节稍有瑕疵即被驳回，人工介入机会极少；大量卖家只能求助外部服务商，但市场鱼龙混杂，高额费用却无法保证解封。这一轮封店潮给卖家带来多重打击：店铺资金冻结导致现金流断裂，影响工厂货款、员工工资和新品备货；FBA库存无法销售或移除，仓储费持续累积，长时间申诉失败可能面临库存贬值或销毁；更关键的是，眼下正值黑五、圣诞大促前的旺季备货期，店铺封禁直接错过一年中最重要的销售窗口，即使后续申诉成功，链接权重和排名也已清零，需投入巨大成本重新打造。目前亚马逊官方尚未发布专门说明，仅提示卖家按流程申诉。对于广大卖家而言，在追求运营手法提升的同时，必须将店铺安全放在首位，尤其需注意品牌授权关联、注册信息一致性、促销工具合规使用等潜在风险点，因为一旦店铺被封，所有努力都将归零。</div>
