<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left"> SHEIN将原定8月底完成的香港IPO推迟至9月1日，援引知情人士称，因投资者订单接收略迟且估值预期下调，公司从8月24日起启动簿记建档，募资目标约20亿美元、估值锚定260亿—270亿美元，远低于2022年近1000亿美元峰值、亦不超过300亿上限。本次IPO拟预留至少4亿美元份额给基石投资者，博裕资本、瑞银资管正积极洽谈，腾讯、泛大西洋、易方达、绿林、老虎环球等现有股东或被原有股东圈层主导认购，投行亦考虑以自有资金跟投，锁定期通常六个月。作为总部设新加坡、根脉在中国的快时尚巨头，SHEIN此番“老股东托底+估值退烧”的上市路径，折射出全球资本市场对超大型跨境电商的定价回归——从故事溢价转向现金流与合规确定性，港股挂牌节奏虽延后，但现有股东加倍支持的底色未变。</div>
