韩国8月电商趋势：速卖通、Temu、SHEIN消费额同比下降19.6%，Coupang逆势增长

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">据IGAWorks Mobile Index数据，今年8月速卖通、Temu和SHEIN三大中国电商平台的信用卡及借记卡估算消费金额合计为1444亿韩元，较去年同期的1796亿韩元下降19.6%，三家平台的消费金额均出现下滑。其中速卖通的变化最为明显，8月其月活跃用户数达到840.83万人，同比增长15.9%，但同期支付金额仅为817亿韩元，同比下降27.9%，按照支付金额除以月活用户计算，单个用户的月均支付金额从1.56万韩元降至9722韩元。Temu同样面临用户增加、消费减少的情况，8月其月活用户达到795.19万人，同比增长12.5%，但支付金额为589亿韩元，同比下降4.4%，单个用户支付金额从8721韩元降至7410韩元。相比之下SHEIN则是用户和支付金额同时下降，8月月活用户同比下降18.2%，支付金额同比下降19.8%。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">在三家中国电商平台整体走弱的同时，韩国本土电商巨头Coupang却保持增长。今年8月Coupang信用卡估算支付金额达到4.93万亿韩元，同比增长12.6%，约为上述三家中国电商平台支付金额总和的34倍，同时其月活用户达到3594.91万人，也是过去一年多以来的最高水平。业内认为Coupang能够保持用户和消费规模增长与其配送体系和会员服务有关，依靠火箭配送和凌晨配送，Coupang在日用品等高频消费品上形成了较强的重复购买需求，Wow会员也在一定程度上帮助平台维持用户，即使此前发生过个人信息泄露事件，其用户规模仍未出现明显流失。与此同时，韩国电商市场本身也正在进入成熟阶段，韩国商工会议所预计今年韩国线上购物市场的增长率仅为3.2%，韩国流通行业还将电商增长放缓列为去年七大行业新闻之一，整体市场增速下降也意味着新平台想要继续快速扩大交易规模变得更加困难。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--left">跨境购物业务甚至已经从增长转向下降，韩国国家数据统计机构数据显示，今年第二季度韩国消费者从中国购买的商品金额为1.38万亿韩元，同比下降5.7%，此前第一季度中国直购金额的增速已经降至0.6%基本停止增长，第二季度进一步转为负增长。高汇率以及商品安全问题被认为是中国直购降温的重要原因，近年来速卖通、Temu和SHEIN等平台销售的部分商品多次被曝检出重金属等有害物质，引发韩国消费者对商品安全的关注。在韩元汇率走高的情况下，过去依靠低价吸引消费者的中国商品，随着韩国大创、SPA品牌以及本土电商平台不断扩大低价商品供应，消费者可以在韩国本土市场买到更多价格较低的商品，选择中国电商平台的必要性也随之降低。</div>
